Tabata with Michele Meckl

In this high intensity workout, you will work for 20 seconds at your personal maximum level and then rest for 10 seconds before beginning the next exercise! It’s a calorie torching, fat burning format that definitely provides a great challenge!

Back and Hips Yoga with Donnie Koptyra

Wonderful yoga class without any standing. Really loosens up the back, hips, shoulders and legs!
