Park Updates

Park Construction

  • Park renovations are wrapping up at Mark Sawyers Family Park, Nelson Park, Carpathia Park, Farmstead Park and Magnolia Park. In addition to final touches, restoration of disturbed grass areas adjacent to renovated areas is under way at all sites.
  • The Nature Trail from Delia Park to Beaumont Hospital is expected to be completed by Labor Day, with punchlist and landscape restoration taking place after that.
  • Rotary Park is undergoing additional renovations to provide our residents better access to the paddle landing on the Clinton River. Improvements include expanding the parking lot by eleven spaces, and building a rail system to transport canoes and kayaks from the dock to the parking lot. Completion of these projects is expected by mid-September.
