The Board of Trustees of the City of Sterling Heights Police and Fire Retirement System is vested with the authority and fiduciary responsibility for the administration, management, and operation of the Retirement System. The Retirement System provides benefits in accordance with the applicable provision of Public Act 345 of 1937,collective bargaining agreements, and state and federal laws. The Police and Fire Retirement System consists of a five member team that meets the third Thursday of every month at 3:00 pm at City Hall in Conference Room 106, unless otherwise noted.
