Sterling Heights Library

Posted on: March 13, 2020

To mitigate the spread of COVID-19, the library will be CLOSED Saturday, March 14 through Tuesday, March 31.

The curbside book drop will be locked, but you may still place items in the book drop next to our entrance. We are extending the due dates on OUR items to April 1. We do not have the authority to extend the due dates of other libraries’ items, but if those items are returned at our location between now and April 1, they will be back-dated to March 13.

All of our electronic services will still be available. Visit to access our online materials and for further updates.

Other city offices and the Upton House Museum have also been closed. Please visit for more information.
