It's really true this time. If you have trouble logging in to your library account, it is due to the transition to our new integrated library system, to Polaris. One of the changes is that it has reset PINs to the last four digits of the library card number. Thus, when you log in to place an item on hold, access Libby for an ebook, or one of the other services that require a PIN, your old PIN will not work.
