Where can I get information on the water consumption history for my account?: The City is now offering an online service where customers can view their account history on the web. A consumption history graph for the last 12 bills can be viewed. Customers should access the Online Services prompt – Water Bill Review and Payments. At the Utility Account Inquiry screen, the customer will type in their service street address and utility account number. What are the geographical boundaries of the City of Sterling Heights?: The City contains 36 square miles and is located north of 14 Mile Road, east of Dequindre, west of Hayes and south of Hall Road (M 59). Although exceptions exist due to some bordering communities (i.e., the City of Utica). You may contact the Sterling Heights Police Department at 586-446-2800 to assist you if you are still unsure.
